What this program is
When you book a tee time through TeeTrak and give a mobile number, the course can send you automated transactional text messages about that booking: confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, and similar notices. These are service texts about a booking you made — they are not marketing, and this consent is not consent to marketing of any kind.
Who sends them
Texts come from the golf course’s own text number when it has one, or from TeeTrak’s platform number with the course named in the message (for example, “[Course] via TeeTrak:”). Replies to TeeTrak’s platform number are received so staff can see them and honor your opt-out — they are not a general two-way messaging service.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies — usually a few messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. TeeTrak doesn’t charge you for these texts.
Stopping the texts
Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we honor it promptly and suppress further texts to that number. Keywords like STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END and QUIT also work. These texts are one-way, so we don’t reply to HELP automatically — for help, contact the course or email us at privacy@teetrak.com. Stopping texts does not cancel your booking — contact the course for that.
Delivery
We send texts through mobile carriers, and delivery to your device is ultimately up to them — we can’t guarantee a text will arrive or arrive on time. These texts are supported on the carriers that choose to participate. If you’re unsure whether a message reached you, contact the course or check your booking through the link in your confirmation.
