Terms of Service

Effective September 18, 2026 · Privacy Policy · SMS Terms

About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the TeeTrak booking and course-operations service, operated by Omni Technology Group, LLC d/b/a TeeTrak, 2407 SE Delaware Ave #1174, Ankeny, IA 50021-4470, United States (“TeeTrak”, “we”, “us”). By using TeeTrak — including booking a tee time as a guest — you agree to them.

TeeTrak is offered in the United States only. If you are a golf course with a paid or trial arrangement, those arrangements may add terms; where they conflict with these Terms, that arrangement controls for that course.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to create an account. You are responsible for your account, keeping your password safe, and activity under your account. Accounts are personal; tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Accounts exist so one identity works across the TeeTrak network. You may be both a golfer and, where invited, staff at a course — the same account carries both.

Golfers and golf courses — who’s who

Golfers book tee times with a golf course. Golf courses use TeeTrak to run their tee sheet, take bookings, and manage their operation.

Your booking is a contract between you and the golf course, not with TeeTrak. The course sets its own playing rules, fees, cart policies, cancellation rules, and group-size requirements, and TeeTrak shows those to you when you book.

Bookings, pricing and cancellation

When you book, TeeTrak records your choices and sends confirmations and reminders. The course decides the price you pay and how payment is handled (often at the course, at check-in).

Fees, cancellation windows and changes are the course’s to set and apply. If you need to change or cancel a booking, use the links in your booking messages or contact the course — the course’s own rules decide what is allowed.

A booking is a reservation for a specific time. Please arrive on time and treat the tee sheet with care — courses can treat repeated no-shows under their own rules.

TeeTrak’s role

TeeTrak provides the platform the course uses to publish times, take bookings and run operations. TeeTrak does not own or operate the golf courses, does not set their prices or rules, and is not responsible for a course’s conditions, staffing, playing experience, or how it applies its own policies.

Communications and the AI assistant

By giving a mobile number with a booking, you agree to receive automated transactional texts about that booking — confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. See our SMS Terms. Booking texts are not marketing.

Phone bookings may be handled by TeeTrak’s AI booking assistant. The greeting tells you it’s an automated assistant. It can book tee times and transfer you to the pro shop on a course’s line — it can’t give playing advice, negotiate course rules, or do anything a staff member must decide. If it can’t help, it will say so and point you to the pro shop.

Calls are not recorded or transcribed. See our Privacy Policy for what is kept.

Acceptable use

Don’t:

  • Book tee times you don’t intend to keep, or circumvent a course’s booking limits, group-size rules or booking windows
  • Use automated tools, scripts or bots against TeeTrak’s booking or availability systems without permission
  • Interfere with other golfers’ bookings, another course’s operations, or the service’s security
  • Probe, scan or test the service’s security without written permission from us
  • Misrepresent who you are, or use TeeTrak where prohibited by law

Availability

We work hard to keep TeeTrak available, including for the tee sheet a course relies on day to day. But the service is provided as is: we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change features or take the service briefly offline for maintenance. Courses should keep a way to operate if technology lets them down, and TeeTrak supports practical fallbacks like printable tee sheets.

Third-party services

TeeTrak relies on other companies for hosting, email, text messaging and telephony, map data, and golf course data. Their availability and accuracy are their own; TeeTrak is not responsible for a third party’s acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.

Our content and yours

TeeTrak’s name, interface, and the service itself are protected; we grant you a limited right to use the service as intended. You keep the rights to content you submit (like your name, notes, or a scorecard photo) and let TeeTrak and the course use it to operate your booking and the service.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end an account’s access if it breaks these Terms, creates security or abuse risk, or creates legal exposure for us or a course. Courses can end their use of TeeTrak under their own arrangement with us. If your account ends, bookings already made remain subject to the course’s rules.

Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HERE, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY BOOKING, TIME OR FEE DISPLAYED WILL BE FREE OF MISTAKES.

Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TEE TRAK’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES (IF ANY) YOU PAID TO US FOR THE BOOKING OR SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100.

The law where you live may give you rights this limit can’t take away.

Indemnity

You agree to cover TeeTrak against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service. Course operators may have separate indemnity terms in their own arrangement with us.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will try to resolve any dispute directly first. If it can’t be resolved, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Des Moines, Iowa (or the county of TeeTrak’s principal place of business), and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We’ll change the date below and, for material changes, give course operators notice through the service. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
